If you applied online via the USAC National Verifier, log in to your account.

If you applied directly with a company (e.g., AirTalk, Q Link), check their website or call them.

You will need your enrollment ID.

Status	Meaning	Action Needed
Pending Review	Your application is being manually reviewed by a human.	Wait 2-5 business days. Check email for updates.
Qualified / Approved	You are eligible! You can now enroll with a provider.	Contact a provider immediately to select your device.
We need more info	They could not verify your documents automatically.	Upload clearer photos of ID or benefits proof.
Not Qualified	You do not meet the eligibility requirements.	Review the denial reason. Re-apply if it was an error.

Most online applications are checked instantly against databases.

Time: 5 - 10 Business Days

Once approved and co-pay is paid, the tablet is shipped.
